That experience showed me what good looks like. And when I looked at the managed service industry, I saw the opposite: unpredictable costs, an ever-changing stack that confused more than it helped, and a ceiling on ambition that left smaller businesses permanently behind.

For 25 years, OrenTech's founder delivered technology into some of the world's largest and most complex organisations — financial institutions, global manufacturers, healthcare systems, and public sector bodies where technology failure was never an option. That experience built an understanding of what enterprise-grade truly means: not a marketing phrase, but a standard of reliability, security, and strategic thinking that most businesses never get access to.
